We are happy to announce the inclusion of the Centre for Paediatric Translational Research of the Children’s Memorial Health Institute in Warsaw, an EPTRI founding member, in the Polish Roadmap for Research Infrastructures, as of this August.
The announcement was made by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education, leading to an update of the Polish Roadmap for Research Infrastructures that now presents a specific focus on paediatric research.
As a pan-European research infrastructure, EPTRI connects specialised research units across Europe and beyond, to strengthen and advance the paediatric research ecosystem. Through the Centre for Paediatric Translational Research, EPTRI will leverage its extensive expertise, knowledge and resources to significantly increase Poland’s international potential and support the integration of domestic research with global initiatives in the field of paediatrics, thus advancing the development of medicines, advanced therapies, medical devices and health data solutions for children and young adults.
The cross collaboration between the Centre for Paediatric Translational Research and EPTRI will also expand EPTRI’s outreach and network, allowing the involvement of experts, scientific institutions, pharmaceutical and biological companies.
EPTRI will keep exploring new collaborations and strengthening its network to support the development of leading therapeutic solutions for the paediatric population.
