Data FAIRification and Interoperability

This service allows the transformation of raw, heterogeneous paediatric data into FAIR resources compliant with EOSC Core Specifications and/or the EHDS Interoperability Framework for secondary use. Best practices include adoption of persistent identifiers, use of standard formats and ontologies tailored to paediatrics, linking to published documents (DOI, PubMed IDs), and development of standardised APIs for querying machine-readable data and metadata.
