Juvenile Large Animal Model (Piglet)
This service provides juvenile piglets for PK/PD studies, including both healthy animals and disease-mimicking models (e.g., sepsis, augmented renal clearance). Services include drug disposition studies to assess tissue penetration and portal vein catheterisation to evaluate presystemic biotransformation. Analytical methods are available for both targeted and untargeted analysis of small organic molecules and their metabolites using LC-MS/MS and LC-HRMS for metabolomics applications.
