Genome Editing, Characterisation, and Functional Analysis
These services includes editing, growth, and maintenance of standard or user-provided cell lines. Activities cover the design, provision, and application of editing components (via nucleofection), expansion and cryostorage, clonal isolation, and downstream analyses. Analyses may include on-target Sanger sequencing, off-target Sanger sequencing (top 5 predicted sites), global off-target detection via whole genome sequencing (30× or 100× coverage), immunoblots, flow cytometry, and RT-PCR. All services are customisable upon user consultation.
