Rafał Bartczuk
Dr Bartczuk is Manager of the Paediatric Regional Centre for Digital Medicine at the Children’s Memorial Health Institute in Warsaw. His work focuses on digital medicine, federated health data ecosystems, common data models and the secondary use of real-world health data for paediatric research. He is actively involved in several European initiatives, including EPTRI, EOSC, ECHO and DARWIN EU®.

Christophe Maes
Christophe Maes is Business Development & Audit Manager at the European Institute for Innovation through Health Data (i~HD). His work focuses on health data quality, interoperability and the implementation of the European Health Data Space (EHDS), supporting the trusted use of real-world health data for research and innovation.

Daniel Weiss
Daniel Weiss is a computer scientist at LMU Munich and Dr. von Hauner Children’s Hospital. His work focuses on digital research infrastructures, data management and translational paediatric innovation, with particular interests in federated data use, multi-omics integration and AI-supported precision medicine.

Cosimo Altomare
Professor Altomare is Full Professor of Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Bari. His research focuses on computational chemistry, molecular modelling, cheminformatics and AI-driven approaches for drug discovery and repurposing, particularly in rare and complex diseases.
